- 1 cup fresh strawberries , hulled
- 1 1/2 cup cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- Optional : sweetener like honey or agave nectar to taste
Soak 8 wooden popsicle sticks in cold water for 15 minutes.
Pueree strawberries in a blender.
Blend cantaloupe in a blender.
Pueree pineapple in a blender.
Add sweetener, if necessary.
Fill each mold with pureed strawberries, 1/3 full. Add cantaloupe, fill to about 2/3 full. Add pureed pineapple on top. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
To remove popsicles from the mold, run under hot water for 15 seconds, then try to pull them out. If they are not coming out, place under hot running water again for 10 more seconds and try to take them out.
