Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats — , soaked in water overnight
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 large fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1-2 tbsp Chocmeister hazelnut spread
  • 2 tsp additional sweetener of your choice - like honey or agave nectar — (optional)
  • For topping:
  • 1/2 banana — , sliced
  • 1/8 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh kiwi
  • 2 tsp cocoa nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine buckwheat, milk, flax meal, banana, hazelnut spread and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in a bowl. Top with strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi and cocoa nibs. Serve.
