Chili Lime Zucchini Chips Recipe {Oven Baked} - light and healthier delicious snack. Perfect for football season.

— , sliced into 1/8 to 1/4 inch rounds

juice from 2 limes

Preheat oven to 275 F.

Line 3-4 baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil spray

In a bowl, combine zucchini, olive oil. salt, lime juice and chili powder. Toss to make sure all slices are evenly coated in the seasoning.

Line zucchini slices in a single layer, very close to each other, fit as many as you can on the sheet.

Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until dried and golden. Keep and eye on them while baking, to make sure they do not burn. If there are any soft slices left, let them bake for some more time, after removing the crispy ones.

Let zucchini chips dry on a paper towel.

Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
