SWEET RASPBERRY PANINI

Sweet Raspberry Panini - crunchy on the outside, filled with Raspberry preserves and cream cheese. Only five ingredients and 5 minutes to make. A twist on the traditional savory panini, this sweet treat is perfect for breakfast in bed this Mother's Day.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Challah bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • PREHEAT PANINI PRESS TO MEDIUM-HIGH.
  • SPREAD CREAM CHEESE OVER ONE SIDE OF ONE OF THE CHALLAH SLICES.
  • SPREAD BONNE MAMAN RASPBERRY PRESERVES OVER ONE SIDE OF ONE OF THE CHALLAH SLICES.
  • PACE THE SLICE WITH CREAM CHEESE ON TOP OF THE ONE WITH PRESERVES, CREAM CHEESE SIDE FACING THE PRESERVES.
  • BRUSH BREAD WITH MELTED BUTTER ON THE OUTSIDE.
  • TOAST SANDWICH IN THE PRESS UNTIL GOLDEN.
  • REMOVE, CUT IN HALF AND SERVE.
