Mediterranean Seven Layer Dip With Hummus

- 8-12 ounces hummus (homemade or store bought)
- 3 large roasted red peppers , chopped
- 1 large English cucumber , peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes , cut in half
- 1/2 medium red onion , chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
For serving:
- pita bread (or any bread), pita chips
In a 8x8 inch Pyrex dish spread a layer of hummus.
Top with layer of roasted red peppers, cucumbers, olives and feta cheese. Add tomatoes and top with onions and dill.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
