- 2 cups green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil (I use Misto oil sprayer)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. (You can bake at higher temperature, but make sure you keep an eye on the beans, because once they start changeling color, can easily get over done).
Grease a (15''x10'') baking pan and add green beans. Spray or sprinkle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes until tender, or until they reach the desired doneness.
Take out of the oven, transfer to a serving dish and drizzle lemon juice. Add grated parmesan cheese on top and serve.
