Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Garlic butter:
  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Garlic butter:
  • In a bowl mix together soft butter, salt, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  • Keep mixing until the lemon juice blends in.
  • Keep at room temperature until corn is cooked. After brushing corn with garlic butter, you can store it in the fridge.
  • Corn:
  • Shuck corn, brush with melted butter and wrap in aluminum foil, making sure all sides are covered.
  • Grill on medium-high heat for around 20 minutes, turning every 2 minutes to avoid scorching.
  • Remove corn from foil and brush with garlic butter. Serve immediately.
