  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp hemp hearts — optional for topping
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • berries for topping


  1. Mix oats, milk, agave nectar and vanilla extract in a jar or a cup. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

  2. When ready to consume, you can add more milk to adjust consistency.

  3. Top with desired toppings.
