- 1 (6 oz) can tuna in water
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small green apple diced
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- juice from 1 lime (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- chopped green onions for garnishing
Place tuna chunks in a medium bowl and fluff with fork.
Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
Add lemon and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Add green apple pieces and give it a stir.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
