Light Winter Yogurt Chia Parfait - creamy Greek yogurt base mixed with chia seeds and layered between juicy winter fruits. Loaded with probiotic, fiber and vitamins.
For the chia gel - soak chia seeds in 6 oz of water or orange juice. If using orange juice, you'll end up with a yogurt pudding, that has a slight orange flavor.
I mixed Chobani vanilla and plain Greek yogurt, but only plain or vanilla could be used.
Top with fruit of your choice.
