This fruity smoothie bowl is made the with quark cheese, instead of yogurt, loaded with fresh and frozen fruit and also fiber.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz blueberry quark — (or blueberry yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • maple syrup — (or other sweetener, optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 kiwi — , sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Place quark cheese (or yogurt), flax meal, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk and sweetened in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl. Top with blueberries, raspberries, sliced banana, kiwi and shredded coconut.
