- 6 oz blueberry quark (or blueberry yogurt)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- maple syrup (or other sweetener, optional)
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 kiwi , sliced
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Place quark cheese (or yogurt), flax meal, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk and sweetened in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl. Top with blueberries, raspberries, sliced banana, kiwi and shredded coconut.
