Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 12 oz container Kraft Green Onion Dip
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes — (optional)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 6 oz chicken breasts — , cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley and chives for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. Cook pasta al dente (depending on the instructions on the package. Drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. In a oven safe skillet, over medium heat melt butter, then slowly add the content of 1 12 oz container Kraft Green Onion Dip, stirring constantly. One the mixture is smooth, add chicken, broccoli and pasta. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (optional). Stir to combine.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer to the oven - bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  6. Carefully take out of the oven and serve hot. garnish with chopped parsley and chives.
