Berry Hibiscus Iced Tea Lemonade Refresher

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4-5 cups water
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or agave nectar — (or more, depending on your taste)
  • 2 cans sparkling lemonade — (I used San Pellegrino Limonata)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ice for serving
  • lime slices for serving
  • mint leaves for garnishing


  1. In a deep saucepan bring water to a boil. Add hibiscus flowers, turn off the heat and steep for for 30 minutes. Strain, add sweetener and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. When ready to serve: Fill glasses with ice. Fill half of the glass with iced tea. Add blueberries. Top with lemonade. Garnish with mint and lime slices.
