Vegan Chocolate Syrup And Dairy Free Sundaes

For the chocolate syrup:

  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

For the sundaes:

  • So Delicious® Dairy Free Frozen Treats Coconut Milk Vanilla Bean
  • So Delicious® Dairy Free Frozen Treats Free Coconut Milk Chocolate
  • chocolate covered strawberries
  • chopped nuts of your choice
  • caramel sauce — (optional)


For the chocolate syrup:

  1. In a medium saucepan whisk together sugar and cocoa powder. Add vanilla extract. Slowly add water, whisking so there are no lumps. Add salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook for a few minutes, until thick and then remove from heat. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a glass container and store in the fridge.

For the sundaes:

  1. In ice cream dishes add 2 scoops of each vanilla bean and chocolate So Delicious Dairy Free Frozen Desserts. Add chopped nuts. Top each glass with chocolate covered strawberry.
  2. Add chocolate syrup (and caramel sauce).
  3. Enjoy!
