Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup shaved coconut — (unsweetened)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Craisins®

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine oats, almonds, hazelnuts and coconut.
  3. In a separate bowl combine coconut oil, maple syrup and salt. Pour mixture over oats mixture and mix to combine.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at least once.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Stir in Craisins® Dried Cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
