Cranberry Almond White Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup shaved coconut (unsweetened)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Craisins®

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a bowl combine oats, almonds, hazelnuts and coconut.
  • In a separate bowl combine coconut oil, maple syrup and salt. Pour mixture over oats mixture and mix to combine.
  • Spread mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at least once.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Stir in Craisins® Dried Cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
