- 1 large head of romaine lettuce , chopped
- 1/2 English cucumber , sliced
- 2 medium (5-6 campari ) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large avocado , sliced
- 1 chopped skallion
- 6 slices halloumi cheese
- 8-10 pieces Tyson® Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast , prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions
- Wish-Bone® Regular Italian Dressing

Prepare chicken according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Spray a ribbed skillet with cooking spray. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden. Cooking time may vary. Serve right away.
In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, scallions, chicken and halloumi. Add dressing.
