Ingredients

  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce , chopped
  • 1/2 English cucumber , sliced
  • 2 medium (5-6 campari ) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large avocado , sliced
  • 1 chopped skallion
  • 6 slices halloumi cheese
  • 8-10 pieces Tyson® Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast , prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions
  • Wish-Bone® Regular Italian Dressing
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Spray a ribbed skillet with cooking spray. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden. Cooking time may vary. Serve right away.
  • In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, scallions, chicken and halloumi. Add dressing.
  • Serve.
