Ingredients

  • 1 pack Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder in Chocolate
  • 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 large banana (can use frozen)
  • 3-4 small frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • cacao nibs and chia seeds for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
