Ingredients

For the smoothie bowl:

  • 1 large banana (frozen if possible)
  • 4 medium frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 dates (or sweetener of your choice like honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 kiwi (optional, works great without it, too)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder

Topping:

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with toppings of your choice.
