  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips — (can use vegan)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup puffed millet cereal
  • 2/3 cup Whole Natural Blue Diamond Almonds
  • 2/3 cup dried fruit of your choice - I used cranberries


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over a double boiler (use a microwave if it is easier for you, just make sure you don't burn the chocolate).
  3. In a bowl combine melted chocolate, almonds, puffed millet and dried fruit. Stir to combine.
  4. Using a tablespoon, spoon mixture over parchment paper to create clusters.
  5. Chill for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
