Air Fryer Steak Bites

Tender, juicy and flavorful, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer. Cooking time may vary, depending on the type of steak and air fryer used.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak cut into 1/2-inch pieces (sirloin or Denver steak will work)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp oregano optional
  • Parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 min.
  • Rinse and dry the steak. Cut into pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add the optional ingredients (if using). Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add steak to the air fryer in an even layer.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket a few times.
  • Check steak for doneness.
  • Cook for extra 2-5 minutes, if you’d like the steak more well done.
  • Garnish with parsley. Serve.
