- 1 lb ribeye steak cut into 1/2-inch pieces (sirloin or Denver steak will work)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1/4 tsp oregano optional
- Parsley for garnishing
Preheat air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 min.
Rinse and dry the steak. Cut into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the optional ingredients (if using). Drizzle with olive oil.
Add steak to the air fryer in an even layer.
Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket a few times.
Check steak for doneness.
Cook for extra 2-5 minutes, if you’d like the steak more well done.
Garnish with parsley. Serve.
