Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing Recipe
Creamy and easy tp make lemon tahini sala
Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup tahini homemade or store bought
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper optional
In a small bowl or a glass measuring cup combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey (optional), salt and pepper.
Whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick add more water.
Add the water and stir to incorporate.
Refrigerate in an air-tight container of a glass jar for up to 7 days.
