Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini homemade or store bought
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or a glass measuring cup combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey (optional), salt and pepper.
  • Whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick add more water.
  • Add the water and stir to incorporate.
  • Refrigerate in an air-tight container of a glass jar for up to 7 days.
