Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk any nut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener (liquid) sugar or Maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Topping: Shaved or chopped dark chocolate cacao nibs, Berries

Instructions

  • Stir together the cocoa powder and chia seeds. Add the milk, sweetener and salt. Stir very well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

Nutritional information does not include the toppings.
For best results use lukewarm milk, instead of cold, this way the cocoa powder disperses better and the pudding gets more smooth.
