Mango Daiquiri
Mango Daiquiri Recipe - frozen mango daiquiri cocktail, made in a blender in under 5 minutes. Simple, sweet and refreshing, perfect for summer.
Servings: 1
- 2-3 oz orange juice or mango
- 2 oz light rum
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 3 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 frozen mango (cut in chunks and frozen, 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Place the fruit juice, rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, frozen mango and ice in a powerful blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges (optional). Serve immediately.
