- 2 cups roasted salted peanuts
- Optional:
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- More salt
- 1 tsp honey for sweet peanut butter
Place peanuts in a food processor.
Turn on and run for 5 (it may take a few additional minutes) minutes on medium speed.
The peanuts will turn into crumbs, then form a ball and after that turn into liquid peanut butter. Add the optional ingredients and process for another minute.
