Keto Orange Fat Bombs - citrus flavored low-carb snacks, full of fat and low in carbs. Very easy to make, creamy and flavorful.

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Low- Carb Sweetener (I used Swerve confectioners)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil — melted, cooled
  • 1/2 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  1. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sweetener for 2 minutes, until combined. Add butter and mix to combine.

  2. Add in the coconut oil and mix to incorporate. 

  3. Add orange zest and orange juice and mix to combine.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and beat for 1 minute.

  5. Make 1.5 tablespoon balls from the mixture and freeze for at least 1 hour.

  6. Optional drizzle with melted chocolate.

Recipe Notes

I know that oranges are not "KETO".
Orange zest contains no carbs or sugar.
Orange juice can be substituted with lemon or lime juice.
You can skip the orange juice in this recipe.
Recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of orange juice. 2 tbsp orange juice = 3 net carbs.
3 net carbs from the orange juice divided by 18 fat bombs = 0.16 net carbs added from the orange juice to the fat bombs.
