RAW PRUNE AND MACA TRUFFLES RECIPE
Raw Prune And Maca Truffles Recipe - naturally sweetened with prunes and maple syrup, these truffles are packed with nutritious ingredients, simple to make and lightened up.

FOR THE TRUFFLES:
- 1 cup prunes , pitted (you can soak them in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain, I did not soak them, because they were moist)
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp maca powder
OTHER:
- cocoa powder , shredded coconut, matcha powder and crushed freeze dried strawberries
In a food processor, place prunes and pulse until 5-6 times. Remove from the food processor. Transfer to a bowl.
Add walnuts and almonds to the food processor and pulse until meal is formed. Transfer to the bowl with prunes.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and macarons powder. Stir to incorporate.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out equal amounts from the mixture and shape balls.
Roll into matcha powder, cocoa powder, shredded coconut and crushed freeze dried strawberries, if you'd like, or leave plain.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
