Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 6 large strawberries, frozen
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp liquid sweetener

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
