Ingredients

  • 4 lady fingers cookies broken in half (other similar cookies of your choice would work)
  • 1 long shot of espresso or 1/3 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 (5.3oz) containers Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt - Raspberry Chocolate Chip
  • 1/2-1 cup whipped cream
  • fresh raspberries for garnishing
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder for decorating

Instructions

  • Dip two halves of lady fingers in coffee and place on the bottom of a small cup.
  • Spoon about a 1/2 of 1 yogurt container.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp whipped cream. At this point you can sprinkle some cocoa powder (optional).
  • Repeat the process with 2 more halves of lady fingers, dipped in coffee. Layer the rest of the yogurt and then top with 2-3 more tbsp of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder and top with fresh raspberries.
