Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 -2 tsp honey or agave nectar — optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
