Berry Hibiscus Iced Tea Lemonade Refresher

- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 4-5 cups water
- 3-4 tbsp honey or agave nectar (or more, depending on your taste)
- 2 cans sparkling lemonade (I used San Pellegrino Limonata)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ice for serving
- lime slices for serving
- mint leaves for garnishing
In a deep saucepan bring water to a boil. Add hibiscus flowers, turn off the heat and steep for for 30 minutes. Strain, add sweetener and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve: Fill glasses with ice. Fill half of the glass with iced tea. Add blueberries. Top with lemonade. Garnish with mint and lime slices.
