Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (100gr) dried Tagliatelle pasta (you can use other pasta)
  • 5 oz (140gr) Sliced slices bacon
  • 2 oz (60gr) Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp shopped green onion

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to instructions on the package
  • Set frying pan over median heat and add sliced bacon. Cook for 5 minutes and add sliced mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 3 minutes and add sauce and about 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. Stir well and if sauce appears too thick add some water. (Use pasta cooking water).
  • Strain pasta and stir into sauce.
  • Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and green onion.
