Asian Pear Mojito Recipe
Asian Pear Mojito Recipe - made with crunchy Asian pears and honey simple syrup. A simple cocktail perfect to quench your thirst around the holidays. This is my homemade version and has nothing to do with P.F.Chang's Asian Pear Mojito.

For the honey simple syrup:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot water
For the mojito:
- 1/2 Asian pear , peeled and chopped
- juice from 1 lime
- 10 mint leaves
- 1.5- 2 oz honey simple syrup
- 2 oz white rum
- ice
- soda water
- lime slices , pear slices and mint leaves for garnishing

In a tall glass combine pear, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Muddle until juice from the pear is released. Add rum and ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with with mint leaves, pear and lime slices/
