Ingredients
1 15ozcan chickpeas, drained well (peel them if you have time)
Add egg, bread crumbs and olive oil. Stir to combine.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop balls and place them on a plate, lined with parchment paper.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan oven medium- high heat (350 F if you own a candy/frying thermometer).. You need about 2 inches of oil. Fry falafel until golden, be careful not to burn it. It takes about 3-4 minutes.
