- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (can use vegan)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup puffed millet cereal
- 2/3 cup Whole Natural Blue Diamond Almonds
- 2/3 cup dried fruit of your choice - I used cranberries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over a double boiler (use a microwave if it is easier for you, just make sure you don't burn the chocolate).
In a bowl combine melted chocolate, almonds, puffed millet and dried fruit. Stir to combine.
Using a tablespoon, spoon mixture over parchment paper to create clusters.
Chill for at least 10 minutes.
