Ingredients

– 2 cups mango chunks – 1 frozen banana – 1 cup orange juice — or a mix of orange and mango juice – 1 tbsp hemp hearts – 1/2 cup ice – 1 date or 1 tbsp liquid sweetener – Optional: 1/4 cup yogurt — vegan or non vegan

1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
