Ingredients

– 2 Persian cucumbers — peeled, halved and sliced – 2 tbsp fresh dill – 2 tbsp Olive oil – 2 tbsp Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar – 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp Black pepper – 4 oz canned tuna in oil

1. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, salt, pepper, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and tuna. Serve or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
