Ingredients

– 1/2 cup peanut butter – 1/4 cups low-carb sweetener – 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp vanilla – 1/4 cup coconut – 1 egg – 2 tsp cocoa powder – 1/4 cup chocolate chips – 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

 In a bowl combine the nut butter, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla, egg, coconut and cocoa powder. Stir to incorporate. Add in the chocolate chips and nuts, stir to combine.

Step 3

 Bake for 12-14 minutes, then cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, before consuming.
