– 2 lemons – 2 tbsp grated ginger – 4 cups water – 1/3 cup powdered erythritol — or more to taste – sliced lemon for serving – ice

Step 1

Juice the lemons and pour the juice in a pitcher. Add the grated ginger. Add the sweetener. Pour water on top and stir. Taste. Add more sweetener if needed. Keep in mind that if you serve the lemonade over ice, it will be diluted.

Step 2

Fill glasses with ice. Pour ginger lemonade over it. Serve.
