– 8 oz sushi grade ahi tuna
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
– 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
– 3 tbsp grape seed or vegetable oil
For the sauce:
– 1/3 cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp lime juice
– 1 tbsp grated ginger
– 1 tbsp green onions — sliced
