Ingredients

– 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup almond milk – 1/2 tsp chia seeds – 1 tsp agave nectar – 1/2 tsp hemp hearts — optional for topping – 2 drops vanilla extract – berries for topping

Step 1

Mix oats, milk, agave nectar and vanilla extract in a jar or a cup. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

Step 2

When ready to consume, you can add more milk to adjust consistency.
