Ingredients

– 12 chicken drumsticks — medium size, about 3-4 oz each, skin on – 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil – 1 tsp Dijon Mustard – 1-2 tsp soy sauce – 1 tsp lemon juice — optional – 1/4 tsp hot sauce — optional, I used Sriracha – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp paprika — or smoked paprika

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with foil (optional). Arrange the drumsticks on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Alternatively - use a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

In a bowl combine the olive oil, Dijon Mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce salt, pepper garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Stir to combine.

Step 5

Coat the chicken drumsticks with the seasoning mixture.

Step 6

Bake for 35-40 minutes (more or less), until the internal temperature of the chicken meat is 165-170 F.
