–– 2-3 oz orange juice or mango
– 2 oz light rum
– 1 oz orange liqueur
– 3 tsp lemon or lime juice
– 1/2 frozen mango — (cut in chunks and frozen, 1/2 cup)
– 1/2 cup ice cubes
Place the fruit juice, rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, frozen mango and ice in a powerful blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges (optional). Serve immediately.
