Ingredients

– 1 scoop of vanilla or lemon ice cream – 30 ml Limoncello – 150 ml Prosecco – Lemon slices

Step 1

Prepare tall glasses (or wine glasses) and add 1 large scoop of ice cream.

Step 2

Add Limoncello, them fill the glasses (about 3/4) with Prosecco.

Step 3

Garnish with lemon slice. Serve.
