– 8 fresh mint leaves – 1 kiwi — sliced – juice from 1 lime – 2 oz Bacardi white rum – 2 oz simple syrup – 1 cups of ice – 1/2 cup soda water

Step 1

In a sturdy glass add mint leaves, half of the kiwi slices, lime juice, rum and simple syrup. With a muddles or a wooden spoon, muddle to extract juices from mint leaves and kiwi.

Step 2

Add ice to the glass and top with soda water. Garnish with the remaining kiwi slices, mint leaves or lime wedges.
