Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9-inch (23cm) cake pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs and 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sweetener for 5-7 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup (100g) almond flour, 1/4 cup (30g) coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
