– broccoli – red onion – bacon – dried cherries  – sunflower seeds or nuts (Keto friendly nuts) – mayo – yogurt – salt – black pepper – low-carb sweetener – lemon juice (optional)

Step 1

Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Rinse under cold water and drain.

Step 3

Place in a bowl. Add the bacon, onion, dried fruit, sunflower seeds (or nuts if yip are using any).

Step 4

 In a bowl, combine the mayo, sweetener, salt, pepper, lemon juice and yogurt. Whisk to incorporate.

Step 5

 Pour dressing over the broccoli, stir to evenly cover in dressing. Serve or refrigerate and serve the next day.

Step 6

Not a fan of sweet broccoli salad dressing? You can leave the sweetener out.
