INGREDIENTS

8 leaves of iceberg lettuce ▢1-2 tbsp Spicy Mayo, recipe in notes ▢2-3 slices ham ▢3 strips of cooked bacon ▢4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quartered ▢1/5 of English cucumber, julienned ▢1 thin slice red onion, optional ▢1 slice mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Layer some fresh, crisp iceberg leaves on a piece of parchment paper (if the pieces are breaking, make sure you overlap them).

Step 2

Then add some mayo, mustard (or any sauce/salad dressing of your choice), ham (chicken or turkey), cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and cheese, layering them on top of the lettuce, but leaving about 1-inch of a border.

Step 3

Using the parchment paper, start rolling the wrap from the end close to you. Once you make one roll, keep using the parchment paper as a guide and continue rolling tucking the ends of the wrap towards the middle (as you are rolling a burrito).

Step 4

When the wrap is done, roll the parchment tightly around it. Cut in half. Consume immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
