Grilled T Bone Steak

Ingredients

– 2 t-bone steaks — 1 1/2 lb each – salt and black pepper to taste Optional: – 2 tbsp butter — melted – 1 garlic clove — minced – 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper – 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling.

2.  Season with salt and black pepper (to taste).

3.  Preheat a gas grill to 450 F. Clean the grates.

4.  Place steaks on the grill and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 150 F for medium. The meat close to the bone will be more pink than the meat on the outer corners.

5.  Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then cut perpendicular to the grain.

6.  You can serve with butter, mixed with garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley.
