Grilled Corn On The Cob In Foil With Garlic Butter




– 4 ears of corn – 1 tbsp melted butter – Garlic butter: – 4 tbsp soft butter – 1 garlic clove pressed – 1/4 tsp salt – 1 tsp lemon juice – 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Step 1

In a bowl mix together soft butter, salt, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Keep mixing until the lemon juice blends in.

Step 2

Keep at room temperature until corn is cooked. After brushing corn with garlic butter, you can store it in the fridge.

Step 3

Shuck corn, brush with melted butter and wrap in aluminum foil, making sure all sides are covered.

Step 4

Grill on medium-high heat for around 20 minutes, turning every 2 minutes to avoid scorching. Remove corn from foil and brush with garlic butter. Serve immediately.
