Grilled Beer Marinated Pork Chops

– boneless or bone in pork chops – beer – olive oil – salt – pepper – parsley – onion – paprika – vinegar – cumin

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl.

Step 2

 Add pork chops and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 3

Grill on medium high for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. You can also pan sear the chops if you don't like to grill them.

Step 4

I recommend using canola oil for pan searing. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes per side on medium to high heat. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the meat.
